Personnel Department
The Tribal organization has approximately 430 employees; this includes Head Start, grants & contracts and tribal law enforcement. During the summer months the employee status goes up, due to the fact we are sponsoring the Summer Youth Programs for students who are in school.
The Personnel Department advertises approximately seventy positions for the Ute Indian Tribe. This includes outside and local agencies who wish to use our system for their advertising.
This year the Personnel Department is planning to have more in-service training for the Tribal departments in Supervision, Policy & Procedures, Time Management and Contract/Grants.
