Ute Indian Tribe Special Wild Turkey Hunt Application Spring 2018.
February 5-26, 2018. Applications is for any tribal member who is interested in applying.
Applications are also available at the UIT Fish & Wildlife Office.
Applications will accepted until Monday, February 26th 2018 at 4:30 pm.

Arts-Kids Life Skills for Youth, Empowering youth through the expressive Arts. Express yourself, expand Imagination, Explore your heritage with local artist and have fun and make new friends.
We’ll have Painting, Beading, Dance and Storytelling.
Wednesday, February 7th to March 14th 2018. From 4:15 – 6:45 pm. Dinner will be included.

UPDATE FROM THE UTE TRIBE LIHEAP PROGRAM:
The heating program is ready to disburse application and except forms, come into the Ute Family Services lobby to pick-up an application.
The office is located in the Ute Family Service Building. Business hours: Monday – Thursday from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.

UPDATE FROM THE UTE TRIBE SENIOR CITIZENS PROGRAM:
The Senior Program is for those 55 years of age or older, and enrolled member of the Ute Indian Tribe.
Wednesday, February 14th – Senior’s Valentine Day’s luncheon.
Monday, February 19th – Holiday.
Ute Tribe Senior Title VI meals & Transportations:
The senior center meal service’s is from 11:30 – 12:30 pm. Monday – Thursday, except on holidays/tribal events.
Lunch Fee for those 55 under and children.
Home Bound: meals are for those seniors over 55 years of age, and unable to leave their home due to illness.
All Ute Seniors call in advance for Transportation:
Transportation scheduling is from 8:30 – 4:00 pm. Monday thru Thursday, except on holidays/tribal events. Regular meal pick-up is from 10:30 – 11:30 am.

Ute Tribe Senior Winter Heating Program:
The last month of the 2017-2018 Ute Senior Winter Hearting Program, for all services an application is required and heating bill must be submitted by the individual. The Heating Program will end March 1st , 2018.

NEWS FROM THE UTE LANES YOUTH BOWLERS:
On Saturday, February 10th we will be half way through our bowling league.
Saturday, February 10th , we will be having a Valentine Bowling Party, so parents encouraged to bring treats and snacks. We will also have fun prizes. Currently we have 8 Pee-Wee bowlers, and 28 youth bowlers.
Our bowlers are getting their bowling form and techniques and getting ready for our 1st Tournament. This is the annual Utah State Pepsi Tournament that will be held at Big city Bowl in Midvale, Utah, on February 24th & 25th . Our Bowlers are vying to represent Utah in the National Pepsi Ournamentin Texas in June 2018.
